WEBSITE QUALITY MEASUREMENT OF DIPA MAKASSAR UNIVERSITY

Since the implementation of Dipa Makassar University website, there has never been a measurement quality website so that success service is not yet known. This study was conducted to measure with aim knowing rate services seen from compatibility between perceptions and expectations students as users. WebQual Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods are used in this study. The results prove gap students' on each dimension, where perceived value smaller than student's expectations. smallest lies interactions conformity level 87.56% which indicates quite successful interactions. biggest information 68.80% have met student expectations, especially information.
